1.) Auxiliary Nurse

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head Nurse

Job Purpose

• As a Nurse at Lifeshade Hospital, you will provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in accordance with established standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status and administer treatments and medications as prescribed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
• Educate patients and families on health-related topics and self-care strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with at least 1 year of work experience.
• Auxiliary Nursing Experience with recommendations
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Purpose

• As a Hospital Business Development Manager at Lifeshade Hospital, you will be responsible for driving business growth, and duties vary on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
• Preparing financial projections and sales targets
• Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
• Client Retention and lead generation.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Producing reports for management
• Ensure the company’s target branding and corporate image-making
• Implementing promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Years of experience as a Hospital Business Development Manager or similar roleis an added advantage.
