1.) Storekeeper

Job Location: Benin City, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinating with vendors to arrange supply of goods.
• Ensuring that all goods are properly priced and labeled according to company standards
• Preparing reports on inventory levels and other data to help the company make business decisions about purchasing new goods or changing prices
• Receiving new shipments of goods and preparing them for sale at the store
• Managing inventory levels by ordering new merchandise as needed to replenish existing stock
• Performing physical inventory counts to ensure that all goods are accounted for at the end of each accounting period
• Recording purchase orders for inventory items for the store, including recording item details, quantities ordered, and delivery dates.

Job Description

Qualifications / Requirements

• A Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the sale of salary loans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good command of the English Language.
• Good team player, versatile, confident and, articulate.
• Manage loan portfolios of customers
• Candidate must be able to acquire new customers for the company.
• Manage relationships with new customers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel application).

3.) Loan Recovery Executive

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
• To reduce substantially the company PAR through daily loan monitoring
• Monitoring of the company’s loan portfolio at risk from appraisal level to full recovery
• Contact debtors to inquire about their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
• Ensuring close contact with loan officers on their default clients, providing support for them in the area of joint visits for recovery, calls, and letters to some of the defaulters as the need arises
• Liaise with law enforcement Officers to follow up with the cases of defaulters, as to collect any money been paid to them very quickly

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess LLB / BL qualification
• Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of experience in Loan Recovery Department.
• Proven experience as a loan collector may be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
• Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
• Apt in negotiating and persuading.

4.) Accountant

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure up-to-date database of operating banks, and their account details and facilitate documentation requirements.
• Ensure timely payment of payroll transactions/staff reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure reconciliation of various treasury-related GL codes with trial balance.
• Ensure processing of all cash and bank transactions in business system ERP.
• Ensure preparation of weekly reconciliations of all bank accounts
• Ensure all cheque payments are supported by authorized invoices.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory dues of the company VAT/WHT.
• Ensure vendor's payment accuracy and timeliness in accordance with contractual obligations and turnaround time on NGX-GAAPs.
• Monitor bank balances and perform bank fee analysis.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly reconciliation of all banks maintained by Nigerian Exchange and follow up on unreconciled transactions with the concerned department.
• Ensure cash advance ledger is reconciled monthly and retirement is supported by appropriate documentation and authorized signatory.
• Ensure prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing requests and transactions on NGX GAPs electronic payment platform.
• Take corrective action to resolve issues such as payment discrepancies.

Person Specification & Required Qualifications

• B.Sc./  HND Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a similar field;
• 6 - 8 years of cognate experience in a similar role;
• At least one relevant professional qualification e.g. ACCA, ACA.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solvingand decision-making skills
• Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
