YettySpeaks Confectionery Solutions is the parent company for Frozen Desserts like Frozen Custard and Soft Ice CreamWe started operations in December 2022, following the successful certification of our products by Nigeria’s National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).

We are a medium size company with an operating staff of 10 from our current location in Oregun in Ikeja, Lagos. Our aim is to produce and spread Quality Desserts that all spectrums and classes of people can enjoy collectively. We are a fully owned Nigerian based company with international influences and partners. We are registered under Nigeria’s Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC). We are also trademarked under Trademark, Patents & Design Registry, The Commercial Law Department under the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment.

We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Marketer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Marketers are responsible for working with other marketing staff to develop unique campaign ideas to market a company’s products, services or overall brand identity.
• Setup of vendor accounts and negotiate business trading terms with key customers
• Be the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.
• Selling products to prospective supermarket customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively
• Communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate
• Minimum 1 years of experience in ice cream/dairy category is a plus
• Previous experience in Food Service channel (hotel, restaurants, and cafes) is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive, motivated attitude
• Good in computer skills (MS Office Suite etc.)
• Tech Savvy on social media platforms
• Ability to work independently with initiative

Remuneration
Salary will commensurate with experience

2.) Pushcart / Bicycle / Tricycle Boy and Vendor Boy

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Brief

• Duties for an Ice Cream vendor include greeting customers, maintaining ice cream inventory, collecting payments, suggesting different flavors, answering to customer questions, and maintaining and cleaning the tricycles in their care.
• Ice cream vendor means any person who offers for sale or sells to another any frozen desserts while operating from an ice cream cart or truck on the streets of the city.
• They have to drive company tricycles and sell pre-packaged ice cream within established territories. They have to maintain their tricycles properly and make sure no harm comes to it.
• They have to take orders, receive payment, explain products/respond to customer inquiries, loading/unloading products, and keeping company tricycles clean and maintained.
• Must Sell at least 20 ice cream products quota each day
• Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm daily. Some weekends may apply

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate but not necessary with at least 1 year experience is preferred but not necessary.

3.) Ice Cream Production Worker

Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• An Ice Cream Production line worker is responsible for operating, cleaning, and providing general maintenance and upkeep for a variety of equipment. These functions include a variety of duties and responsibilities that are directly, or indirectly, linked to the safest production of the highest quality ice cream products possible.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest quality product by performing all required procedures, quality checks and documentation to meet specifications
• Measure and monitor critical control points and make appropriate process changes to keep process running in control
• Maintain line housekeeping and sanitation including performing CIP/COP hookups
• Set up, maintain, monitor, and adjust equipment as necessary to maintain product, quality, and safety specifications
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment
• Communicate with upstream and downstream operations to maintain process flow and prevent production disruptions
• Disassemble, clean/sanitize and reassemble all required equipment
• Conduct required quality checks on product.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE certificate with 0-2 years of experience.

Salary
N27,000 - N30,000 / Month.
