Balogun Harold is a first-tier Nigerian Law Firm for investment and financing transactions focused the Technology, Infrastructure & Energy sectors. We mostly work for institutional investors, international lenders, private equity and venture capital investors (including angel investors & HNIs), government investment funds and fund managers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Junior Associate

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Requirements

• The ideal Applicant would have continuously Practiced Law for between 2 - 4 years and have a strong background in corporate/commercial practice and/or commercial litigation.

• Are reliable and responsive, who can put the needs of the client first
• We are based at the heart of Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will reside within the Lekki Expressway axis/ within a reasonable distance or would be willing to relocate immediately upon receiving our offer.
• We are open to discuss flexible/remote work options on a case by case basis.
