Job Description

• The role reports into the MD, has direct board access and will be implementing all the systems and procedures for the business.
• You will be required to support the whole business on any legal issues that might arise across commercial, corporate and financial services. There is scope to grow the team in the future as the business expands and a need becomes available.
• The role is very business-focused, so requires the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
• The role requires a lawyer who is not afraid to go outside their comfort zone and get involved in a multitude of areas of law, finding commercial resolutions to legal issues.
• The lawyer must be a lover of technology
