Job Description
- Our cleint is looking for a skilled Lead UI/ UX Developer who will be responsible for aligning web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all responsive and adaptive web pages.
- Also, developing and implementing user interface components using React concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack.
Responsibilities
- You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
- Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
- Identifying web-based user interactions.
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
- Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, science, or similar.
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Lead UIUX Developer in a financial institution is preffered.
Requirements:
- An expert in hands-on knowledge for creating a powerful UX/UI in IOS/Android mobile apps and websites.
- Experience with mobile and/or web-based design
- Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools
- Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as, Adobe CC
- Must be a critical and analytical problem solver.
- Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
- Must be self-driven, self-motivated, and result oriented.
- Must be able to communicate the ideas and visualize the output and guiding the design of the application, tool, task
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment involving multiple platforms and architectures.
- Must have excellent spoken and written communication.
- Must have excellent time skills – showing an ability to organize, prioritize, and balance multiple projects.
- Must be a great team-player.
- Must have high attention to detail with experience of working in a cross functional agile software team.
- Must be keen and passionate to learn new skills, gain new experience and knowledge.
