We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collection Specialist
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Ideal candidate should understand how to manage clients.
• Make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debt.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Give proper and correct report of work.
• Must be computer literate.
• Send messages to customer.
• Guide customers through the payment process.
• Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly.
• Should be willing to work from the office (Monday - Saturday) 1 day off, 5 working days.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
