LOAN RECOVERY OFFICER

Responsible for contacting overdue customers via phone Calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc. for collection work. The job requires all new employees to work in the office for at least a week (for training), afterwards they are allowed to work remotely. However, if employees neglect the job or perform very poorly, they will be recalled for extensive training and evaluation before they return to work back from home immediately.
