We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Officer & Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
• oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc. Degrees with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

Work schedule for this job role is as stated below (Mondays to Saturdays):

• 8:00am - 2:00pm (morning shift)
• 1:00pm - 7:30pm (Afternoon shift).

Salary
N65,000 Monthly.

Note: Candidate must be resident at Ikeja, Lagos.
