Job Position: Logistics Support Officer

Job Summary

• We seeks to employ a competent and organized Logistics Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support in the logistics department.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for logistics documentation, driver coordination, vehicle tracking, and ticketing activities to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all logistics documentation, including waybills, delivery notes, trip sheets, and other relevant records.
• Coordinate daily vehicle movements, assigning drivers and ensuring proper trip planning.
• Track vehicle locations and movements to ensure timely delivery and compliance with assigned routes.
• Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods or personnel.
• Handle ticketing, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings for staff as required.
• Support the preparation of logistics reports and performance summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide administrative assistance to the logistics and operations teams as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics tracking systems.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
