Class Suites Hotels & Apartment is a modern styled hotel chain with numerous locations in Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan and is in close proximity to the Airport.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Maintenance Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and service schedules for all hotel equipment (AC, generators, pumps, etc.) and facilities.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix issues in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems; perform carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Guest Requests: Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Safety & Compliance: Monitor and maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Team & Vendor Management: Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment service.
• Reporting: Report major issues and equipment needs to management, potentially assisting with budget management.
• General Upkeep: Ensure cleanliness and good aesthetic condition of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel grounds.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 3 - 5 years of experience.
