We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Male Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Adeniji, Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers online via various platforms.
• Answer phone calls.
• Attend to customers online via all platforms.
• Processing orders, forms and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
• Male for gender balance

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Saturdays: 8:30am to 7pm - Adeniji Branch
• Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm. (Yaba Branch)
• 6 Off days in a month including 2 Sundays.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
