Gosslink Engineering Limited is an eletrical engineering company situated in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services cut across providing services around high and medium voltage eletrical services to our clients. We also provide electrical system services solution for power distribution installation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Male Project Assistant 

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will be required to provide support to the office of the Chief Executive Officer.

Job Duties

• Act as a point of contact and secretary on behalf of the organization.
• Assist with preparing BOQ, BEME for project works with cover letters respectively.
• Responsible for ensuring smooth dissemination of information to departments from top to bottom and vis-versa.
• Handles correspondence; Draft Mails; Responds to Mails
• Prepares invoices and dispenses them accordingly.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with background in Office Management / Adminstration will be preferred
• Candidates with a minimum of upper credit academic qualification are preferred.
• Candidates with good proximity to Ikoyi will be preferred.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
