About the Role

• We are looking for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects in revenue and tax collection at the state level. This is a full-time, onsite leadership role in Minna, Niger State.

You’ll:

• ?Lead government stakeholder engagement
• Oversee implementation of digital platforms for tax, payroll, and financial transparency
• Drive reforms in revenue collection using technology
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and report on project KPIs

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, ICT, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/program management, ideally in public sector, IT, revenue consulting, tax, or fintech
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience with tech-based revenue, tax, or payroll systems
