Summary

• With a focus on agility, innovation, and excellence, we’re seeking a dynamic Manager to lead daily operations, optimize systems, and drive growth as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across production, procurement, logistics, and sales
• Develop and implement operational systems to improve efficiency
• Manage and supervise a small but growing team across departments
• Coordinate inventory, supply chain activities, and vendor relations
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Support budgeting, cost management, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, health, and safety standards
• Identify and implement process improvements for continuous growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG or retail
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
