Job Position: Market Loan Officer
Job Location: Sabo Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and attract new clients through online and offline channels. networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Loan Consultation: Meet clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process and ensure all documents are completed.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Compliance: Ensure all lending activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of SCCE with 1 - 5 years of experience.

Key Skills:

• Interpersonal Skills: It's important to build good relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Attention to Detail :It's important to spot discrepancies in applications and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: You will often face challenges in assessing loan applications and need to find solutions quickly.
• Road Map: Candidate must be familiar with the Lagos Road map, especially Yaba and Lagos Island Axis
• Language Requirement: In addition to English, the candidate must be proficient in one of the following languages: Yoruba, Igbo, Pidgin, or Hausa.
