HR-on-Wheels - Our client, an Interior retail business is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketer
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Descriptions

• The candidate must be self-motivated, must have a positive attitude and be a resourceful team player who is knowledgeable on how to create marketing strategies and manage clients.
• He or she must be able to work independently with very little supervision and must have the ability to convince and persuade people to patronize the store.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and sales plans.
• Discover the appropriate target market for the products.
• Generate and follow through sales leads.
• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Utilize social media to generate and convert orders.
• Get customers to purchase products related to what is being bought already (cross-selling)
• Maintain a regular reporting system.

Requirements

• Self-driven, organized and willing to work.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must own a smartphone.
• OND/HND in a relevant field.
• Must be Social Media savvy.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a passion for selling.
