Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Manage and optimize our online presence (website, social media, etc.)
• Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) to showcase our services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, etc.)
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
