Drumstix Food and Investment Limited was incorporated as a Quick Service Restaurant and Catering company in Nigeria with its head office and flagship shop situated @ 32 Aminu Kano Crescent Wuse II, Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Main Responsibilities

• Initiate marketing programs to deliver company's business goals
• Review and revise marketing programs to ensure the results.
• Set up sales forecast and promotion target for each month promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, anticipates causes affecting performance, indicates magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaign to raise sales volume.
• Work with Purchasing team and Finance to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through cost implement project. Continue competitor and pricing analysis and try to position our product at the accessible price to consumers.
• Develop business plan/ marketing strategy/ marketing calendar/ new product development
• Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Purchasing and New Product Development team with a view to ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company-s short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
• Set up attractive promotion campaigns to raise our sale volume.
• Handle bulk orders in various organization on behalf of the company.
• Analyze market and competitors to ensure proactive activities.
• Competitors activities update
• Winning Brand Research summary / Brand Share Research summary
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least OND / HND or Degree in Marketing or any other related field.
• 3-5 years of professional marketing experience of which 3+ years of experience in a quick service restaurant.
• Prior experience working at a Retail Brand with sophisticated direct mail programs, direct marketing agencies or with a hospitality and or quick service restaurant brand a plus.
• Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
• Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail
• Intuitive, Proactive, Collaborative, Leader, Driver, Creative Problem Solver, Analytical, Versatile, and “Thrives Under Pressure” are words that describe you
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priority at one time –to deliver results on time and under budget.
• Experienced with web conferencing tools, MS Project; expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong drive for results and leadership.

Our Offer

• This vacancy is a commission based job, we offer N40,000 monthly as fixed pay and 3% commission on the order afer VAT has been deducted.
