Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Medical Officer to oversee clinical operations and manage a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership and coordination skills to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care to patients in line with clinical guidelines
• Supervise and manage a team of doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Coordinate daily clinical activities and duty rosters
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety, and hospital policies
• Review case management and provide clinical guidance where necessary
• Liaise with management on clinical performance and operational issues
• Participate in audits, trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• MBBS from a recognized institution
• Fully registered with MDCN with a valid practicing license
• Minimum of 5 years of post-NYSC experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.

Salary
N600,000 monthly.
