Raedial Farms was incorporated in Nigeria and has been in existence for over a decade, engaging in full-fledged farming activities ranging from Livestock Farming to Palm plantation farming, spread over more than 2000 acres of land

Our business activities include seedling, planting, and processing Fresh Fruit Bunches to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil (CPO), Palm Kernel Oil (PKO), and Palm Kernel Cake (PKC) in our mills that are technologically advanced and energy self-sufficient.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Mill Mechanical Supervisor

Job Location: Orhionmwon Village, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Ensure the safe use of equipment’s and schedule regular maintenance
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Technical Engineering or similar fields
• At least 2 years of work experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanic repairs and installations
• Must be a self starter willing to live in the rural areas of our farm location
• Proven experience as production supervisor, preferably in an oil palm processing mill.
