We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Posiiton: Office Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the office facilities, including coordinating repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Manage and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels, and maintain an organized inventory
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communication appropriately.
  • Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with HR in employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities.
  • Draft and proofread professional correspondence, emails, and announcements.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including room reservations, agenda preparation, and logistical arrangements.
  • Assist in coordinating travel plans and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop office budget aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Liaise with vendors for office-related services, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
