Job Overview

• We are hiring Onboarding Managers to oversee the smooth integration of new clients, partners, and employees.
• The ideal candidates will have strong people management skills and an excellent understanding of onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding strategies.
• Manage onboarding processes for employees, clients, or vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Track and report onboarding progress and feedback.
• Work closely with operations teams for seamless onboarding experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or HND qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an onboarding or HR role.
• Strong communication and process management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
• Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage.

Salary
N300,000 / Month.
