We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Manager / Book Keeper

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Keeping track of issuing client orders and invoicing forms, procedures;
  • Issuing invoices to clients;
  • Recruitment and training of junior staff;
  • Keeping up to date accounting records;
  • Liaising with and providing information to external auditors;
  • Collecting payment from clients;
  • Use of Company’s accounting software, systems and procedures;
  • Meeting with Company Management to present weekly reports on accounts and financial transactions;
  • Conduct him/herself in a dignified and respectful manner that reflects well on the Company and its clients, as well as setting an example for the other employees;
  • Financial advisory services, including preparation of reports, for potential clients, investors and lenders;
  • Preparation of the Company’s quarterly and yearly management accounts;
  • Meetings with Company Management to present weekly report on accounts and financial transactions;
  • Ensure all non-conformances are reported immediately to minimize the company’s risk.
  • Generate reports and correspondence utilizing various business software if required.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in accounting related courses
  • Certification in Accounting / MBA – Added advantage
  • Chartered Accountant - ICAN OR ACCA

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting or any Related Field.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.

2.) HSE Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage Safety functions in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ensure conformance with safety and ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 standards and requirements on the base.
  • Identify system problems, investigate and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk assessments
  • Conduct internal audits.
  • Facilitate root cause investigations of non-conformances and take necessary corrective and preventative actions.
  • Motivate and oversee the implementation of Safety improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with client’s HSE/security/operational staff to carry out regular HSE tests/drills, fire-fighting practice and other drills to keep the workers alert and sensitive to their environment.
  • Provide expertise and compliance support for project management.
  • Coordinate and attend regular Safety meetings.
  • Arrange and/or conduct induction training.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
  • Implement PTW when required and assist dept. to fill up the work box preparation
  • Monitor daily PTW implementation and revalidation
  • Assists in speedy and smooth response and action in case of emergencies.

3.) Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervisor

Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and in support of the SHEQ Manager;
  • Manage, develop, implement and exercise SHEQ activities across all sites;
  • Oversea, control and maintain inventory of materials/records related to SHEQ activities;
  • Ensure conformance with safety and OHSAS 14001 & 18001:2007 standards and requirements on the base.
  • Identify system problems, investigate and recommend solutions.
  • Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk assessments
  • Motivate and oversee the implementation of Safety improvement initiatives.
  • Recommending, designing and facilitating awareness training as appropriate;
  • Maintain appropriate contact and develop good relations with subcontractors and other organizations that can influence and impact company's operation and service;
  • Monitor and review workplace practices to ensure compliance with SHEQ legislation, SOP’s/policy and provide recommendations for improvement to management;
  • Manage Safety functions in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
  • Supervise and monitor the distribution of PPEs and other SHEQ equipment and assets;
  • Conduct HSE trainings and maintain such information.
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and certificated in cooperation with other business units;
  • Produce reports and correspondence utilizing various business software;
  • Coordinate and attend regular Safety meetings.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented
  • Ensure equipment/infrastructure is maintained that ensures optimum performance;
  • Ensure all non-conformances are correctly reported immediately in a formal report including supporting documentation to minimize the company’s risk;
  • Undertake SHEQ inspections of all areas to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
  • Gathers SHEQ and records statistical information for reporting purposes;
  • Conducting regular on-job SHEQ training as directed by Management.

  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
