We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Vice President, Academic & Student Affairs
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, oversight and general management through academic Deans, department chairs, academic staff; and provides supervision for AVP for Student Affairs until that Unit is separated out.
- Serves as chief academic officer for the College.
- Prepares and manages budgets for the Division of Academic Affairs.
- Provides leadership in curriculum, faculty and staff development, and annual faculty evaluation.
- Sets priorities and drafts policies for the Division of Academic Affairs.
- Coordinates and reviews budget requests from all academic departments.
- Recommends new academic appointments, replacements, promotions to the President.
- Coordinates the development of program accreditation, and articulation agreements.
- Maintains and enforces the College’s academic integrity policy.
- Works closely with the President, and other Vice Presidents and Deans to foster programs and to enhance the viability of the College.
- Maintains academic high standards, and sets directions for academic excellence.
- Develops and applies College policies within Academic Affairs.
- Represents the College at various local, regional, national and international events as needed.
- Serves on committees; and undertakes special projects as assigned by the President.
Position Requirements
- The Vice President will plan, develop, prioritize and execute the College’s educational programs to drive student success.
- The Vice President for Academic and Affairs serves, and chief academic shall serve as member of the president's cabinet, and preside over faculty senate, and serves on the college council.
- The Vice President shall have or earned Doctorate qualification (PhD/EdD) with a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrated progressively responsible experience in senior administrative and academic positions at a college or university; minimum 5 years of college or university teaching experience.
- The VPASA provides leadership and directions for all academic programs, and shall be responsible for the planning and delivery of highly relevant and excellent instructional programs.
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and use of the Internet.
- Working knowledge of online teaching and learning.
- Working knowledge of US higher education system.
- Proven knowledge of partnership development, fundraising and collaboration skills.
- Budget management skills, proven ability to plan, development and manage divisional budget.
- Ability to review student transfer credits and provide academic advisement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written;

2.) Director, International Admissions
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Requirements
- The Director of International Admissions shall possess at least a Master’s Degree in Education or related fields with extensive experience in student services, student recruitment and educational administration.
- Working under the direction of the President, the Director of International Admissions shall perform a variety of duties in the recruitment and retention of students for the College’s US partners institutions.
- The Director will run the College’s international student programs. This position may require some international travels to the US, and fluency in the English language.
- The Director works with US partners universities to strengthen the College’s commitment to matriculating students to the United States.
Position Responsibilities
- Assist international students in gaining familiarity with the American culture, US higher education system, and admission to American colleges and universities.
- Expand the College’s reputation as a participant in International Education.
- Conduct careful screening and interview of prospective students applying for transfer admission to US colleges and Universities.
- Arrange for appropriate scores on the English language Tests (TOEFL), SAT, and any other exams, and make a determination of student's readiness to travel abroad to study.
- Provide Nigerian students with experiences that expand their horizons internationally.
- Travels to conduct in-person interviews with prospective students, meet with US institutional partners, including colleges and universities.
- Maintain high standards for admission as required by US partner Colleges and Universities.
- Coordinate activities with the Admissions Office and or International Education office of US partner institutions to best support the integration of students.
- Communicate information relevant to International Student programs through publications, including the College’s website, social media, and other outlets.
- Monitor and advise students and parents about US travel requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc or M.Sc Degree with at least 5 years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Shall have strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in applications that facilitate global communication (Skype, WeChat, etc.).
- Satisfactory criminal background check.
- Ability to use technology efficiently and appropriately, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend assignments.
- Ability, readiness, and willingness to travel to the US at least once a year to build and sustain relationship with agencies, and partner colleges and universities.

3.) Associate Vice President, Student Affairs
Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision for the following departments when created: Recruitment, Admission, Records and Registration, Testing, Library Services; Student Organizations; Student Housing, International Education, and Secondary Schools Partnership.
- Coordinate and supervise admission and registration activities in accordance to enrollment management strategies; ensure relevant public service announcements are conducted.
- Ensure that admissions data are reliably summarized and secured, and that registration process is devoid of inconsistencies and fraud.
- Supervise the maintenance of academic records for each student; from admission to graduation and review requests for transcripts and transfer activities.
- Develop and manage articulation programs with other academic institutions nationally and internationally, including dual enrollment programs for local secondary (high) school student.
- Support to the College’s student organizations, clubs and activities through.
- Compile and analyze student enrollment data, including demographic trend data; determine recruitment needs; and promote diversity of students.
- Ensure adherence to all admission policies and procedures; and maintenance of student records.
- Develop study abroad and exchange programs for students.
- Chair recruitment, registration and graduation standing committee.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor.
Position Requirements
- The Associate Vice President for Student Affairs shall possess at least a Master's Degree in Education or related fields (terminal degree preferred); with extensive experience in educational administration and supervision.
- Must be schooled in a variety of educational and management programs; must be able to provide strong leadership in developing, implementing, and continually updating strategies to supports academic support services.
- The Associate VP is expected to promote high standards for scholarship, academic achievement, honesty and professional integrity; and be proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, be able to work with and develop programs for secondary (high) school students, and have effective written and oral communication skills.
- Must have at least 5 years experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- The incumbent must have excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and managerial skills; the ability to formulate and articulate policies, procedures, expectations, and practices.
- The successful candidate shall have strong analytical, problem-solving, mathematical/statistical, time management and organizational skills.
- The individual must have the ability to use technology efficiently and appropriately.

- To represent the Company in a professional manner at all times upholding the brand, operating standards and SCORE values
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Recruiting Agents in Key Regions
- Create Awareness for Company in Regions
- Provide weekly reports to Management on improvement in each region
- Prepare Roll Out Strategy
- Responsible for developing Ideas and Plans for Increasing Revenue
- Develop Strategies for Agent Recruitment
- Staying up to date with all competitors
- Make recommendations on Marketing
- Responsible for Driving Sales and Agency Growth
- Responsible for Identifying Key Areas for Revenue and Growth
- Provide first Line IT support to Agents
- When necessary, terminating non- complying Agent
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND
- At least 2 years of experience in the betting and gaming industry
- Understands sales and marketing.
