1.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ability to research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities; • Experience in the FMCG Industry (in the bidding procedure and necessary documents required);
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients, as well as keeping track of their information on Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.;
• Good Interface or experience with government ministries such as BPE,FMTI,MAN, NEPC, NIPC, FMARD, NAFDAC etc is a plus;
• Focusing on marketing the company through partnerships, MOUs, and strategic meetings; • Handling of any PR related issue that may arise;
• Developing informative presentations and delivering them to prospective clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.;
• Keeping up with the demands of traveling and project execution regularly;
• Developing goals for the business development team and business growth and ensuring they are met; • Increasing the value of current businesses and government contracts while attracting new ones;
• Contacting potential relationships to establish rapport and arrange meetings with key officers of a government organization;
• Creating innovative public relations, strategies and campaigns to engage with government ministries and agencies to secure contracts;
• Collaborating with other teams of the organization to promote the over goal of the company.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Management or equivalent degree
• Minimum of 2 Years of experience in Business Development, Data Analytics and financial analysis.
• Ability to create strong positioning of Organization, Management, and self.
• Working knowledge of CRM like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc • Knowledge of sales management, marketing, strategic management, and business planning
• Ability to identify potential leads.
• Sales negotiation skills
• At least one year of experience in the FMCG Industry.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month

2.) Head, Human Resources

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the other Business Head to develop annual HR plan in line with the company’s strategy
• Prepare HR Dashboard that monitor metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, quality of hire, retention, return on investment) to evaluate results against business canvass plan.
• Maintain a physical file for all staff with a checklist of employee documentation
• Ensure organization policies, procedures, processes, mission, vision, handbooks, etc are clearly communicated to the employees.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all staff documents/information in the HR department
• Support the execution of company strategy by developing and implementing HR initiatives that drives the business growth
• Develop HR financial plan and budget, ensure the management of cost and resource
• Ensure employee records are updated and accurate (e.g new hires, separations, leave, etc)
• Enter and update staff records and other HR activities on Odoo software.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any Management Science
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Experience managing the HR function of a medium sized organisation
• Professional qualification such as CIPM,SHRM, HRCI
• Experience in a Multinational Organisation
• Experience in Health industry is an advantage
• Experience in the use of ERP software
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N700,000 - N750,000 Monthly.

3.) Finance Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor the implementation of accounting and internal control procedures
• Compile and analyse financial information to prepare financial & management reports
• Management, monitoring & support of budget & forecast activities
• Maintenance of financial records in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Monitoring & management of taxation matters
• Development and maintenance of financial / accounting database
• Preparation of strategic reports on a periodic basis -WPR, MPR QPR, for the company.
• Advisory role on business operations and business plan
• Preparation of all report to regulatory authorities CBN, LIRS FIRS, NFIU
• Ensure submission of audited report before 31st march to CBN
• Preparation and coordination of audit procedures (financial & tax audit)
• Analysis and advisory role on business operations (revenue & expenditure) and business plan
• Intra-group account balances reconciliation
• General supervision of finance departments
• Preparation of board report for board and committee meetings.
• Any other duties assign by superior officer.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any numerate discipline.
• 5 - 7 years of cognate experience in a financial institution.Preferable in a finance house/Microfinance bank.
• ACA/ ICAN/ACCA/CISA will be required.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
