We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operation and Research Analyst

Job Location: Ogun

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on a wide range of topics by utilizing online resources and databases. 
• Identify and gather relevant information, data, and insights from credible sources on the web. 
• Collaborate with the team to integrate web-based research findings into reports and recommendations. 
• Provide insights and recommendations based on web research to support decision-making. 
• Evaluate the quality and reliability of online information and sources. 
• Take up other assigned roles by management 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging research through online publications, forums, and news sources. 
• Continuously improve and update web research strategies and techniques to ensure the accuracy and relevance of collected data.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience in agriculture and /or engineering is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Detail-oriented and organized. 
• Strong search engine skills to find relevant and credible information. 
• Knowledge of advanced search operators and techniques to refine search results. 
• Project management experience is a plus. 
• Knowledge of lean or Six Sigma methodologies may be beneficial. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and process mapping software.  
• Proficiency in online research and the ability to navigate web resources effectively. 
• Prior experience in operations or process improvement roles is preferred.
