Job Position: Operation Assistant
Job Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary

• As an Operations Assistant, you will provide hands-on support across our factory operations, working closely with the Vendor Manager to supervise tailors, monitor vendor activities, and ensure smooth workflow from production to delivery.
• This role is ideal for proactive, organized individuals with strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Vendor Manager in coordinating daily factory operations and supervising tailors.
• Monitor, track, and report on vendor and tailor performance.
• Supervise and optimize vendor activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks across the supply chain.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supply movements and vendor interactions.

Requirements

• First Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations,or vendor coordination.
• Experience in fashion, manufacturing, or similar industries is an advantage.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work both day and night shifts as required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proximity to the Ketu axis is mandatory.

Compensation

• Net salary: N150,000 – N170,000 / Month.
