Job Description

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily site and production activities.
• Ensure smooth operations and team efficiency.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Promote company products and follow up on sales leads.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or sales (construction/materials sector is a must).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Goal-driven, reliable, and proactive.
