Dripset Athletics is a performance-focused sportswear and lifestyle brand dedicated to empowering Nigerians through activewear that promotes wellness, confidence, and culture. The company was registered in 2019 as a limited liability company and was founded in June 2021. Since its inception,the business has recorded steady growth in revenues and visibility. The vision of the company is to be the most desired sportswear and fitness brand in Nigeria and Africa. The company operates across two business units, which involve stakeholders at different levels. We now seek to expand our production capacity and direct-to-customer reach nationwide and globally.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations & Inventory Lead

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory tracking, and procurement.
• Manage vendor/supplier relationships and negotiate costs.
• Coordinate fulfillment of online and walk-in orders.
• Set up SOPs for packaging, restocking, and materials management.
• Ensure logistics and delivery systems are timely and customer-focused.

Requirements
Education:

• Minimum: OND
• Preferred: HND/B.Sc. in Business Admin, Logistics, or related

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in inventory, retail operations, or logistics (fashion/e-commerce preferred).
• Good working knowledge of Excel, stock-tracking tools, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail, organized, and proactive.

Salary
N180,000 monthly.
