Job Position: Operations Manager - Cosmetic Manufacturing

About the Role

• Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day production, supply chain, and operational activities.
• The successful candidate will ensure that our processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards while maintaining the highest level of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across production, quality control, inventory, and logistics.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and sales departments to align production with market demand.
• Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of raw and packaging materials.
• Track and analyze operational performance using KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate operational staff to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
