Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Location: Alaba International, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess with an HND / BSc qualification
• Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in the same role.
• Must have Negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Must be a Visionary leadership.
• Must be able to think Strategically.
• Must have the ability to build a team & should also possess relevant interpersonal skills.
• Must be Tech Savvy.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
