Operations Manager Job at Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association

Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA) is an association founded to promote and foster healthy communal relations amongst the residents of Mayfair Gardens Estate Awoyaya. The Association over the last 5 years have taken a new direction of coordinating the management of the estate through the Facility Management Office of the estate, providing security and other social and infrastructural amenities for all residents and stakeholders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• As Operations Manager to take charge of the entire operations and management of the estate and you shall be responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of all the facilities in the estate.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
