Mr Ice Global Limited is an ice cubes production and distribution company based in Fagba, Lagos State.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Location: Fagba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient business performance.
• Oversee daily production and distribution of ice cubes
• Supervise staff and manage work schedules
• Ensure quality control and hygiene standards are maintained
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Handle customer orders and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor sales, expenses, and basic financial records
• Ensure generators, freezers, and machines are properly maintained

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, cold room, water, or ice-related business is an advantage
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
• Must reside in or around Fagba, Iju, Agege, or nearby areas.

Benefits

• Competitive Salary: N100,000 - N250,000 monthly and negotiable based on experience.
