Mara Cruiz Organics is a Nigerian hair care brand specializing in natural, plant-based products designed for African hair textures.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Order Fulfilment Officer

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:

• Receive customer orders from sales channels (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, walk-ins, etc.).
• Confirm order details, quantities, delivery address, and payment status.
• Update orders into the internal system or order tracking sheet.

Inventory Coordination:

• Cross-check stock availability before fulfilling orders.
• Communicate with the production team when stock is low or a refill is needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation of items removed from inventory.

Packaging:

• Ensure all items for each order are picked correctly.
• Pack orders neatly and according to the company’s packaging standards.
• Attach receipts, labels, and necessary documentation.

Logistics & Dispatch:

• Arrange dispatch riders, courier services, or park delivery depending on the location.
• Provide riders with accurate delivery details and instructions.
• Track dispatched orders and ensure customers receive their items on time.
• Resolve delivery issues promptly.

Customer Communication:

• Notify customers once their orders have been dispatched.
• Provide tracking information where applicable.
• Follow up to confirm successful delivery.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain an updated order fulfillment log (daily/weekly).
• Document pending, shipped, returned, or cancelled orders.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Operations Manager.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all products going out meet quality standards.
• Report damaged, defective, or missing items immediately.

Coordination & Teamwork:

• Work closely with Sales, Production, and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure proper communication flow for smooth fulfillment operations.
