We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Outbound Loan Recovery Agent

Job Location: Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of an SSCE/NCE/OND/HND with at least a month's experience in Recovery
• Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
• Proximity to Allen Avenue, Ikeja, is essential.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays and two Sundays a month, with days for leave and weekends, is paid as overtime, and free lunch is provided during the weekend overtime.
• Immediate Resumption Required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic Salary is 100k [that is 80k Basic attendance bonus 20k ] While performance bonus [Commission &Overtime] weekly and monthly is up to 70k-150k
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage is fully paid by the company.
• The pension plan is fully funded by the company.
