We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Outlet Manager (Female)

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Staff management: Recruit, train, and motivate staff
• Customer service: Address guest concerns and provide exceptional service
• Quality control: Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
• Inventory management: Supervise inventories and ensure food supplies are adequate
• Budgeting: Assist with the creation of annual budgets and monitor expenses
• Reporting: Produce monthly reports and provide reports on employee hours and schedules
• Sales and marketing: Participate in the development of marketing plans and implement sales and promotional activities
• Training: Train supervisors and colleagues as needed.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
