Job Duties

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Maintain a fully stocked store and manage point-of-sale processes
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs Welcome and greet customers
• Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

• SSCE/OND ONLY
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Advertising & Marketing roles
• You must be computer literate and Social Media Savvy
• You must be result oriented, self-motivated and with a positive attitude
• Applicant must demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• You must have the ability to think laterally and have strong social skills and a presence, enabling you to interact and deal with employees effectively
