Job Position: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Overall Purpose of the Job

  • The Personal Assistant to the CEO has the primary responsibility of ensuring the efficient functioning of the CEO's office.
  • The role’s responsibilities will encompass a wide array of administrative, managerial, and strategic tasks.
  • It will act as a gatekeeper, handling communications, managing schedules, and coordinating various activities crucial to the CEO's productivity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings,coordinate travel, and handle correspondence. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documents and briefs.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain effective communication flow within the organization.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing key projects and initiatives. Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, files, and records. Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, andproposals. Conduct research and provide insights that aid in decision-making processes.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and oversee company events, meetings, and other special occasions involving the CEO.
  • Philanthropy Management: Establishing and management of the Foundation as well as all other philanthropic commitments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in Executive Assistance or Office Management are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Experience in the technology industry or related fields is highly valued due to the complex nature of the company's operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and communication platforms.
