Job Position: PR Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description


  • Planning, developing and implementing PR plans and strategies.
  • Courting and nurturing relationship with the media
  • Liaising with, and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
  • Strategic media analysis and competitive reporting.
  • Researching, writing and distributing media releases to targeted media.
  • Organizing and executing Media Parleys and Conferences. Reporting and amplification of same.
  • Ability to write persuasive contents about our clients.
  • Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports.
  • Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes.
  • Organizing exhibitions and press tours.
  • Sourcing and managing sponsorship opportunities.
  • Fostering community relations through events and through involvement in community initiatives.
  • Managing references to our clients through social media.
  • Excellent crises management tactics and diplomacy.

Job Profile

  • Our preferred candidate must be well enlightened on the use of all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of our clients.
  • He/ She is one who has the ability to shape the public perception of our clients by influencing their online and offline information and the ability to manage crisis that arises from such influence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar position with measurable result.
  • Thorough understanding and use of PR strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and persuasion skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Project and time management.
