Job Position: Procurement Analyst

Description

  • The organization, a leading construction and EPC-IC company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to support procurement operations, supplier management, and data-driven decision-making across all projects.
  • This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in EPC procurement and project supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in line with company and project procurement procedures.
  • Support supplier onboarding, documentation collation, and compliance checks.
  • Track procurement activities, including RFQs, supplier responses, approvals, deliveries, and project timelines.
  • Maintain organized procurement records to support internal controls, audits, and project reporting.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data related to spend, pricing, delivery performance, and supplier KPIs.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
  • Support ERP data updates, digital tracking tools, and reporting initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (Projects, Engineering, Finance, and Accounts) to gather procurement-related information.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Supply Chain team as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, Data Analysis, or related discipline.
  • NYSC completed or in progress (where applicable).
  • 1–2 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, administration, or related field; internship or industrial training is an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis) and familiarity with Power BI.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, datasets, and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; willingness to learn EPC procurement processes.
