Job Summary


  • We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement execution across diverse and complex operations, including marine logistics, oil & gas, engineering & construction (EPC) and renewable energy.
  • This role requires a commercially savvy, compliance-driven, and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record of optimizing procurement functions in technically demanding environments.
  • The ideal candidate brings a global perspective, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to support project success across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Leadership:

  • Lead procurement planning and execution for major EPC and renewable energy projects, marine logistics operations, and oil & gas value chains.
  • Develop category strategies and sourcing plans for technical equipment, services, and capital projects.
  • Conduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier risk assessments to drive cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.

Project & Technical Sourcing:

  • Oversee technical procurement of critical spares, MRO materials, vessel parts, and oilfield equipment.
  • Manage procurement for solar, wind, and hybrid energy installations, as well as plant construction, pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Support vessel acquisition, dry-docking, and towage operations including logistics, permits, and port formalities.

Supplier & Contract Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contractual agreements using standards such as NSF2012, FIDIC, and TOWCON/TOWHIRE.
  • Evaluate and onboard global suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and ESG standards.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Process, Compliance & Reporting:

  • Manage the full procure-to-pay (P2P) process using ERP systems such as Oracle, EPICOR, and SAP.
  • Track procurement KPIs including cost savings, vendor performance, cycle times, and payment terms.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and international trade rules.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience across EPC, renewable energy, oil & gas, and logistics sectors.
  • Proven success in managing high-value, technical procurement projects in upstream, downstream, and green energy domains.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of energy project sourcing, international procurement, and local content compliance.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor development, and supplier performance management.
  • Familiarity with global procurement protocols and documentation, including INCOTERMS and import/export regulations.
  • Proficient in tools like Oracle, EPICOR, SAP or IVALUA.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CIPS, PMP, or equivalent procurement/project management certifications.
