Job Position: Procurement Officer

Job Summary

• As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• You will play a vital role in ensuring the company's operations run smoothly by maintaining effective supplier relationships and optimizing procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies in line with company policies.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services from reliable suppliers.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, prices, relaibility, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and standards.
• Prepare and present regular procurement reports.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience.
