Job Position: Procurement Officer

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Preparing budget, cost analysis and report.
• Maintain and update inventories of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery
• times and potential future development.
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
• Review and analyze all vendors/ suppliers, supply and price options.
• Maintain and update inventory of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery
• times and potential future development.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contract.
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/ suppliers.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures
• Develop sourcing strategies.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience.
