We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Procurement & Packaging Supervisor

Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description:

• Oversee and review Procurement & Packaging Officers' daily tasks
• Supervise all Procurement & Packaging Officers' activities and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure ZERO Errors in Procurement and Packaging activities and ON-TIME DELIVERIES.
• Proper vendor management
• Proper Logistics Partner Management with assistance from Operations Intern or employees.
• Ability to stand in for Procurement & Packaging Officers' in emergency situations for particular states.

Requirements

• OND, HND, B.Sc. Degree or equivalent
• Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement/purchasing processes, policy, and systems
• 1 - 2 years experience as a procurement supervisor or related position (Previous working experience in a Start-up is an added advantage)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Ability to analyse problems and bring up better solutions
• Ability to manage, coordinate and supervise PPO activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and MANAGE TIME efficiently
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
