We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Officer

Job Locations: Abia and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, from raw material preparation to packaging.
• Ensure that all production targets are met on time and within budget.
• Maintain high quality standards for all products.
• Identify and implement production improvements.
• Maintain management approved waste level
• Maintain strict compliance to Safety in the production lines.
• Effective utilization and management of the production team and workforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems.

Qualifications

• B.Sc, B.Tech or HND in Food Science and Technology, or a related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a frelated role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
