We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Production Superintendent

Job Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Full time

Job Duties

• Reviewing safety procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that materials are available when needed
• Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and that work environments are safe and comfortable for workers
• Scheduling shifts and overseeing daily operations to ensure that production goals are met
• Overseeing employee training on equipment operation and safety procedures
• Managing the hiring of new employees to replace those who leave the company
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the right amount of materials are on hand to meet demand
• Working with engineers to design new products or improve existing products
• Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of materials,

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees in Chemical / Material Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Chemical etc with 4 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• The applicant must have 4 - 5 years working experience in plastic manufacturing company with good leadership skills,communication skills, problem solving skills, supervisory skills and time management skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
