Job Title: Products Manager

Job Summary
The Product Manager will serve as a highly knowledgeable resource in sales/marketing and support of assigned range of vendors’ products and solutions in order to meet revenue target for a given period.

Responsibilities
Be the champion and evangelist of assigned products and their solutions.
Rapidly build and sustain a customer base both in horizontal and vertical market segment.
Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets, providing business analysis and defining strategic sales plans.
Have the ability to identify, develop, follow-up and successfully close new business opportunities on assigned products.
Respond to RFI/RFP/RFQ and ensure datelines are met as agreed with customers.
Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to development of SLAs.
Ensure to meet customers’ requirements in solution implementations and explore more business opportunities with customer.
Plan, develop content and deliver Training, Seminar, Workshop programs for assigned products.
Create and sustain customer relationship for better experience on assigned products and improve.
Report to CEO and may be assigned additional roles as need arises.

Education and Experience
Possess minimum of B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Tech/HND in related discipline.
Has minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical sales and support.

Core Competence
Has experience in sales, design, implementation and support of wired and wireless network solutions.
Has good understanding of structured cabling, fibre cables and devices.
Must be excellent computer user and technology savvy.
Has knowledge of WiFi, VoIP, IP PBX, Network security, point-to-point/multipoint links.
Must be entrepreneurial and has proven ability to meet sales targets.
