Strongmas Residence Development is a real estate company and a member of the Strongmas group. Established several years ago as Cerebral Homes before it metamorphosed to its current name. Strongmas Residences was borne out of the idea of making exotic homes affordable to the middle class. Strongmas believes unvaryingly to quality and customer satisfaction. Over the years have built homes in Magodo Phase 2, Lekki and its environs.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Project Engineer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction site activities
• Submit detailed report of construction tasks
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and laborers.
• Oversee and direct construction projects
• Manage and ensure quality of work, labour and materials
• Oversee all onsite construction and monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Supervise construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines, stay on budget, and adhere to the original vision for the design
• Raise Site Request and follow up on approval
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
