Responsibilities
Planning and Execution:

• Managing project resources: Assigning and coordinating human, financial, and material resources.
• Monitoring project progress: Tracking milestones, identifying potential delays, and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring quality standards: Maintaining the quality of project deliverables and ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations.
• Defining project scope and objectives: Clearly outlining what the project aims to achieve and its boundaries.
• Developing a project plan: Creating a roadmap that includes timelines, tasks, resource allocation, and potential risks.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Communicating with stakeholders: Keeping all stakeholders informed about project status, issues, and changes.
• Leading and motivating the project team: Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Managing stakeholder expectations: Addressing concerns and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

• Identifying and assessing project risks: Analyzing potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Resolving project issues: Addressing problems that arise and taking corrective actions.
• Managing changes to the project scope: Handling changes to project requirements and ensuring they are implemented effectively.

Other Important Duties:

• Budget management: Controlling project costs and ensuring the project stays within budget.
• Project documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Reporting project progress: Providing regular reports to stakeholders on project status.
• Ensuring project compliance: Adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience. 

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
